Phillips Outsourcing Limited is inviting applications for Cohort 6 of its Graduate Employability Programme (GEP), a 3 to 5 week hybrid training programme designed to help recent graduates develop the practical workplace skills needed to transition successfully from university into employment. The programme focuses on building essential soft skills, professional competencies, career readiness and workplace confidence.

• Build practical workplace skills needed to transition from university into employment.

• Participate in mentorship and career guidance sessions.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).
• Have 0 to 1 year of work experience.
• Have completed NYSC not earlier than 2024.
• Be a resident of Lagos.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and career development.
• Have a positive attitude and growth mindset.
• Have access to a laptop, which is an added advantage.
• Eligible fields include Accounting, Computer Science, Human Resources, Law, Statistics/Mathematics, Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, and other relevant disciplines.
