About the Company

RDICAFRICA is seeking a Graduate Intern to support international business operations within their sales outsourcing division. This role offers NYSC-completed graduates or eligible interns the opportunity to gain practical experience in global trade, market research, and B2B sales coordination while developing professional competencies in a structured corporate environment.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research on international trade opportunities and competitor landscapes
  • Analyze data to identify potential clients and emerging markets for sales outsourcing services
  • Support sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and client communication preparation
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and update client interaction logs consistently
  • Assist with preparation of proposals, presentations, and business correspondence using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Research regulatory requirements and documentation needs for cross-border transactions
  • Monitor industry trends and compile reports for senior management review
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with international partners and stakeholders
  • Participate in training sessions and contribute fresh perspectives to team discussions

Required Skills

  • Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or currently eligible for internship placement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities for building relationships across diverse cultures
  • Solid research and analytical capabilities for interpreting complex business data
  • High level of professionalism and genuine willingness to learn continuously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace applications
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho is an added advantage
  • Interest in international trade, export-import processes, and global supply chains
