This Graduate Product Owner (UX) role focuses on shaping customer experiences within Revolut's Product team over a 12-month programme. The Product Owner will support senior team members on strategy, roadmaps, and feature planning while analysing data and collaborating across design, engineering, and operations. Day-to-day work covers product requirements, user testing, and delivery of initiatives from concept to launch in a hybrid setup requiring around 3 days per week in office.

• Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid, 12-month graduate programme)
• Salary: Krakow: PLN17,800 gross monthly; other locations discussed during interview

• Support senior Product Owners with product strategy, roadmaps, and feature planning
• Gather and analyse data, including user feedback and market insights, to inform decisions
• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Operations to deliver initiatives from concept to launch
• Create clear product requirements and ensure smooth implementation
• Conduct user testing and iterate on features based on results
• Track progress, share updates with global teams, and present outcomes
• Receive regular feedback to accelerate development

• A predicted or achieved first-class degree (or equivalent grade)
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, maths, physics, economics, or another STEM subject
• To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
• Previous internship or work experience in product management, technology, or related fields
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• A passion for technology, innovation, and customer experience
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Full-time availability from early or late 2027
• The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week
• Fluency in other languages
• Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup
