We are looking to engage a proactive and detail-oriented Graduate Site Engineer to join our construction team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who has completed NYSC and is eager to gain hands-on experience in site operations while contributing to the successful delivery of ongoing projects.

• Job Location: Lagos Lekki Phase & Pinnacle, Jakande
• Salary: ₦200,000 – ₦250,000 monthly
• Employment Type: Full-time

• Support the day-to-day coordination and supervision of site activities
• Assist in implementing approved construction drawings and technical specifications
• Work closely with site supervisors, artisans, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of tasks
• Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the project team
• Help maintain accurate records of materials usage and site documentation
• Participate in quality checks, safety enforcement, and general site inspections

• OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related field
• Completion of NYSC
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience (including internships or industrial training)
• Strong interest in developing a career in construction and site engineering
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Good interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities
