Reliable Steel and Plastic Industry Limited is a leading manufacturer of plastic thermowares, including food flasks and coolers. As part of our expansion, we are seeking smart, driven, and hands-on graduates to join our Graduate Trainee Program and support the growth of our manufacturing operations.

The Graduate Trainee Program is designed to provide practical, on-the-job training across factory and corporate operations. Trainees will work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, quality control, operations management, and business support functions.

Available Trainee Roles

• Graduate Trainee – Human Resources
• Graduate Trainee – Internal Control
• Graduate Trainee – Accounts
• Graduate Trainee – Assembly
• Graduate Trainee – Production

• Support daily production, assembly, or administrative activities
• Learn and apply manufacturing and operational procedures
• Assist with quality control, safety standards, and process improvement initiatives
• Support record-keeping, reporting, and compliance activities
• Perform assigned duties with accuracy, discipline, and professionalism

• B.Sc., B.A., or HND in Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related disciplines
• 0–2 years post-graduation experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong interest in manufacturing and technology-driven environments
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a factory environment

Additional Requirement

• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
