The Account Officer will manage financial records and transactions, prepare and process invoices and payment vouchers, reconcile accounts, and support payroll and statutory remittances within the travel agency.

• Salary: ₦150,000 + Monthly performance-based bonus

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
• Follow up on outstanding customer payments and vendor obligations.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
• Reconcile daily sales from flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa processing, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Support payroll processing and salary administration.
• Ensure timely remittance of tax, pension contributions, and other statutory deductions.

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or service industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
