- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years relevant accounting experience (including NYSC or internship).
- Exposure to financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit support.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
