Our MAR&MOR is recruiting Graduate Trainees for her 2026 Graduate Traineeship Program. This program is designed to groom young engineers through practical site exposure, structured learning, and mentorship, preparing you for a successful long-term career in engineering services.

• Graduated from a recognized university
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) degree
• Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering graduates only
• Must have completed the NYSC one-year mandatory service
• Must currently reside in Lagos

Requirements

• Strong interest in MEPF systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Firefighting)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work on construction sites
• Ability to work well in a team and take instructions
• Good communication and report-writing skills
• Basic knowledge of engineering software (AutoCAD or similar is an advantage)
• High level of professionalism, discipline, and integrity
