The Graduate Trainee will undergo a dual-track probation programme, receiving extensive training in both Solar Engineering and Technical Sales/Client Services, with permanent placement into either the Solar Engineering Track or the Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Engineering Track based on performance and preference.

• Assist senior teams with solar energy load calculations, site assessments, and inverter system designs.
• Learn to translate complex electrical data into understandable, professional proposals for corporate and residential clients.
• Participate in client meetings, learning how to pitch, negotiate, and defend technical solar solutions.
• Monitor field installations to match client requirements with technical blueprints.
