• Participate in structured rotational training across various departments
• Shadow experienced team members to learn workflows and best practices
• Support ongoing projects through research, data analysis, and documentation
• Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Actively seek feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• National Diploma (ND), HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, IT, or any related field
• 0–1 year experience (NYSC members or recent graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
