• Credit products, policies, processes, and approval structures.
• Assessing customer eligibility and repayment capacity.
• KYC, customer verification, and due diligence.
• Analysing bank statements and financial information.
• Preparing credit appraisals and recommendations.
• Credit documentation, loan processing, and disbursement controls.
• Loan monitoring, arrears tracking, and early warning indicators.
• Professional customer communication and recovery support.

• Review and process loan applications for completeness and eligibility.
• Analyse income, expenses, cash flow, and repayment capacity.
• Conduct KYC checks and identify inconsistencies or red flags.
• Prepare accurate, objective credit appraisal reports.
• Maintain complete and accurate credit documentation.
• Monitor assigned accounts and follow up on due/overdue obligations.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Comply with company policies, controls, and applicable regulations.

• Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2) in any discipline.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
• Maximum age of 26 years.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
