Job Description

Participate in the company's Graduate Trainee Program, gaining comprehensive knowledge of business operations, policies, and industry practices. Engage in structured on-the-job training, mentorship sessions, and departmental rotations to develop professional and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong working relationships with team members and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
  • Support fieldwork activities and visit project or client sites to gain practical, hands-on experience
  • Maintain detailed learning logs, document training experiences, and track progress throughout the program
  • Assist in preparing reports, business analyses, and presentations for management review
  • Evaluate existing business processes and recommend innovative ideas to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Participate in assessments, evaluations, or final projects designed to measure competency and readiness for full-time placement

Required Skills

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized University or Polytechnic
  • Eligible disciplines include Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Chemistry, Physics, or Statistics
  • Must possess a minimum of First Class, Second Class Upper, or Upper Credit
  • Applicants must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program
  • Candidates must be residents of Lagos State or willing to reside in Lagos
  • Age requirement: 26 – 30 years at the time of application
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment
  • Strong analytical and research skills with a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow professionally
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
