Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Trainees who have completed their NYSC program and are eager to build a career in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidates will undergo structured training across key departments, gaining hands-on experience in operations, supervision, and process improvement.

  • Job Location: Onitsha, Anambra
  • Department: Operations / Production / Supply Chain

  • Experience Required: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured graduate trainee program across various departments (Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Logistics).
  • Assist in supervising daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor workflow processes and ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
  • Support team leads in coordinating staff and resolving operational challenges.
  • Prepare reports, document processes, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of equipment and materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential by taking initiative and driving assigned tasks to completion.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc./HND) in any of the following fields:
    • Engineering
    • Supply Chain Management
    • Logistics, or a related discipline
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
  • 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
