The Greenpeg Graduate Trainee Program is dedicated to closing the engineering skills gap in Nigeria by training HND graduates on live projects, under the mentorship of the professionals who have built, developed and maintained the plants powering our industries.

• Support equipment design and piping layout development (Mechanical/Piping).
• Assist in process calculations and mass/energy balances (Process).
• Assist in instrument selection and datasheet preparation (Instrumentation).
• Support PLC and HMI programming under guidance (Automation).
• Support electrical load and cable sizing calculations (Electrical & Electronics).
• Respond to customer enquiries with technical accuracy (Internal Sales).
• Participate in client site visits and technical meetings (External Sales).

• Completed NYSC or holds a valid exemption certificate.
• HND from a recognised institution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
• Willingness to learn, take direction and work collaboratively.
• For Engineering Roles: HND in a relevant engineering discipline, strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, interest in design and technical drawings, familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage, willingness to work at project sites including offshore locations.
• For Sales Roles: HND in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or a related discipline, strong interpersonal skills, genuine interest in technical sales, willingness to learn product applications and work toward sales targets.
