Visa Department

• Assist clients with visa application processes and documentation
• Guide applicants on visa requirements and travel regulations
• Track applications and provide timely updates to clients
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with immigration guidelines

School Service Department

• Support students seeking admission into international institutions
• Assist with application processing, document preparation and follow-up
• Provide guidance on study destinations, admission requirements and related services
• Coordinate communication between students and partner institutions

Vacation Department

• Assist in planning and organizing vacation packages
• Research destinations, accommodations and travel experiences
• Prepare travel itineraries and quotations
• Support clients throughout their travel planning journey

• Bachelor's degree or HND from a recognized institution
• NYSC completed or exempted
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in the use of computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
