- Must be highly proficient in Canva (non-negotiable) — including templates, brand kits, layouts, and advanced features
- Strong eye for modern, minimal, premium design (no cluttered or outdated styles)
- Ability to work fast, meet deadlines, and handle multiple brands and projects at once
- Understand social media design trends and what converts visually
- Experience designing for U.S. and global audiences is a plus
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to take direction while also bringing creative input
