A realtor is looking to hire a graphic designer to design a number of banners, ebook covers, and other lead magnet materials for their real estate business. The goal is to create high-production-quality content to land more clients and leads.

• Job Location: Remote
• Employment Type: Freelance / Contract (Project-based)
• Project Turnaround: Ideally within 24-48 hours per project

• Design high-quality ebook covers, banners, and other lead magnet materials.
• Provide advice and feedback to help create the highest converting content.
• Work collaboratively with the business owner to achieve marketing goals.

• MUST have extremely strong graphic design skills (high production quality is extremely important and will be checked beforehand).
• MUST have past experience doing graphic design for banners, ebook covers, and other lead magnet materials.
• Can ideally provide advice/feedback and know how to work with a business to get the highest converting content.

Other Information

• Pay Structure: Pay is based on a per-project basis, which will be agreed upon prior to starting. The client notes they compensate very fairly and will pay more for higher quality work.
• Hours/Work Schedule: Flexible freelance position, but projects should be completed quickly, ideally within 24-48 hours.
