• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, and reports.
• Create infographics, illustrations, banners, flyers, and presentation decks.
• Develop creative visual concepts aligned with Nairametrics brand identity.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print visual content.
• Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to produce high-quality assets.
• Prepare artwork optimized for both digital display and print production.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends and creative best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years cognate experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work is required.
