The Graphic Designer will own how Tuition Yard looks everywhere, turning exam content, campaign ideas, and data into clear, on-brand visuals that make busy ICAN candidates stop, save, and sign up.

Tuition Yard helps aspiring accountants pass their ICAN professional exams through accessible, engaging online learning led by chartered accountants. The company is built for graduates and working professionals who study around busy lives, and is growing its audience and community ahead of the ICAN November 2026 diet and 2027 cohorts. Its work environment is remote and content-driven, with a strong emphasis on brand consistency and clear visual communication.

Brand Guardianship

• Apply the TY brand book on every asset.
• Build and maintain a template library so the content team can produce quick posts without breaking the brand.

Social and Campaign Design

• Design carousels, static posts, story frames and WhatsApp Status graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok covers.
• Design ad creatives in the sizes each platform needs, with 2 to 3 variations per concept for testing.

Learning Materials

• Lay out lead magnets and study resources, such as revision packs, study timetables and past-question walkthroughs.
• Design slide templates for live classes and webinars.

Video Support

• Design thumbnails, title cards, lower thirds and caption styles for short-form video.

Workflow

• Deliver to the weekly content calendar and agreed turnaround times.
• Keep organised, named source files in the shared drive.

• 2+ years designing for social media, education, fintech or consumer brands.
• A portfolio with carousels, ads and at least one long-form layout (ebook, report or guide).
• Strong command of Canva and at least one of Figma, Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
• Able to simplify technical content into clean, readable visuals.
• Reliable internet and power backup to meet deadlines.
• Experience with exam prep, edtech or professional training brands is a plus.
• Basic motion design (After Effects, CapCut or Canva animation) is a plus.
• Familiarity with ICAN or accounting content is a plus.
