Job Description

Revive Marketing is looking for a contracted Graphic Designer focused on paid social advertising creative for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role is ideal for a designer who understands that great ad creative is driven by performance insights and testing, not just aesthetics. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to create scroll-stopping ad creative that helps clients drive meaningful results. You should be comfortable working on creative that may need to be developed or adjusted quickly as campaigns are actively running and performance insights emerge. The position is remote.

  • Location Type: Remote
  • Hourly Rate: $25 – $35
  • Contract Type: Freelance / Contract
  • Platforms: Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing Meta ad creative for Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Create a mix of static ads and carousel ads designed specifically for social feed placements.
  • Translate brand assets and product imagery into scroll-stopping social creative.
  • Develop multiple creative concepts and variations to support ad testing.
  • Iterate quickly on designs based on feedback and campaign insights.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of what performs well in social advertising environments.
  • Work within brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas to the table.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience designing Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong instincts for visual hooks, product focus, and clear information hierarchy.
  • Ability to create designs that feel native to the social feed.
  • Comfort working with quick turnaround timelines and iterative creative cycles.
  • Ability to develop multiple creative concepts and variations efficiently.
  • Stay up to date on Meta's creative specs, formats, and placement guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with a marketing team and respond to feedback.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience designing ads for ecommerce or product brands.
  • Understanding of creative testing and performance metrics.
