• Design cutting-edge, high-quality graphics for digital and print media.
• Execute creative work with professional competence, moving seamlessly between projects.
• Create and design new and update existing communication materials for internal and external deployment.
• Illustrate concepts for review and approval by designing rough layouts of art and copy.
• Maintain electronic files and archives of all design work, photos, and images.
• Work with written copy to create infographics, collages, gifs, and graphics.
• Assist with ongoing talent brand and employer brand marketing projects.
• Collaborate with the Talent Brand Marketing Manager on personal and professional growth.
• Manage designs on all social media platforms to ensure uniformity in output.
• Manage vendor relationships, preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval.
• Ensure compliance with design and oversee print production delivery

• Attached digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles.
• Minimum of three years relevant experience.
• High degree of self-motivation and discipline.
• Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Deadline-driven mentality to complete work without supervision.
• Exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
• Result-driven and passionate about industry, client engagement, retention and brand management.
• Adapt to stay innovative and remain a constant student in every aspect of the business.
• Motion graphics design experience is a plus.
