We are looking for Grassroots Recruiters who can identify, attract, and refer qualified candidates for blue-collar and entry-level roles such as cleaners, tailors, drivers, factory workers, plumbers, security guards, sales attendants, and more.
This is a commission-based contract role, ideal for community-based individuals, field marketers, HR freelancers, or people with strong local networks who can connect us with job-ready candidates.

Source and refer suitable candidates for various client roles (tailors, cleaners, drivers, artisans, etc.).
Conduct basic screening to ensure candidates meet the required criteria.
Maintain a network of reliable job seekers across different industries and communities.
Collaborate with the Resurgir team to understand job requirements and match candidates effectively.
Track and report recruitment progress to the Resurgir team weekly.
Ensure professional representation of Resurgir Consulting in all interactions.

Strong grassroots or community network.
Previous experience in field marketing, local recruitment, HR, or community mobilisation is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, reliable, and result-oriented.
Ability to work independently and meet placement targets.
Access to a smartphone and internet connection for communication and updates.

Compensation
Commission-based: You earn a set amount for every successful candidate placement.
Bonuses may apply for high performance or bulk placements.
