We are looking for an experienced Growth Champion to drive sales growth and expand customer base in Nigeria.

• Drive sales growth for VAG products and expand market share
• Identify and develop new customers across target segments
• Build strong customer relationships through technical discussions, trials, and formulation support
• Conduct market scanning, competitor analysis, and price trend monitoring
• Manage pipeline projects and convert opportunities into regular business

• 5–6 years of experience in marketing/sales
• Strong exposure to the Nigeria market
• Product knowledge of PE / PP and VAG portfolio
• Background in Polymer/Chemical Engineering (MBA/PG is an added advantage)
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and customer focus
