The Growth / Digital Marketing Associate will plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns, manage channel budgets, run email and lifecycle programmes, and support SEO.

Handi is a company seeking a Growth / Digital Marketing Associate to own the day-to-day running of paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn against CAC and ROAS targets.
• Manage channel budgets and report on what's working and what to cut.
• Run email and lifecycle programmes — onboarding, nurture, re-engagement.
• Support SEO and content distribution: keyword research, on-page fixes, briefs for writers.
• Run A/B tests on landing pages, creative and email, and write up what you learn.
• Build dashboards in GA4 / Looker / HubSpot so the team can see performance without asking.
• Work with design on assets and with sales on lead quality.

• 1–3 years in growth, performance or digital marketing (agency or in-house).
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns end to end.
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and analytics.
• Familiarity with a CRM or automation platform (HubSpot / Klaviyo / Braze).
• Clear written communication, especially when reporting results.
• Nice to have: B2B SaaS / D2C experience, basic SQL, landing pages in Webflow / Unbounce, affiliate or partner channels.
