This is a high-stakes, paid launchpad for individuals with 1–2 years of experience who are tired of theory and hungry for execution. Participants will learn fast, execute real campaigns, work on real revenue initiatives, and be evaluated continuously. After the program, top performers will be offered full-time roles as Growth Marketing Associates.

Program Structure

Phase 1: Learning (4 Weeks)

• Learn growth marketing, sales-led growth, and revenue fundamentals
• Work on structured assignments and real-world case studies
• Build growth funnels, acquisition plans, and revenue strategies
• Complete a capstone project to qualify for internship

Phase 2: Internship (6 Months)

• Execute marketing campaigns (paid ads, content, email, social)
