Shara is seeking proactive and results-driven Growth Officers to join our dynamic team. This role is central to Shara’s market expansion and commercial success. The Growth Officer is responsible for managing the entire early merchant lifecycle within an assigned territory:

• Merchant Acquisition: Sourcing and onboarding qualified trade businesses
• Loan Utilisation: Ensuring merchants actively use approved limits
• Early Bucket Repayment Control: Driving repayment performance from Day 0 to 7-DPD

This role sits at the intersection of sales, portfolio management, and early collections. Success is measured not just by acquisition volume, but by quality, utilisation, and repayment outcomes.

• 2+ years in field Sales or Business Development in Fintech, Lending, FMCG, Supply Chain Logistics, or B2B platforms is a strong advantage. 
• Strong understanding of SME trade dynamics, including inventory cycles, distributor relationships, and working capital constraints.
• High resilience, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in the field.
• Entrepreneurial, ethical, target-oriented mindset with a firm belief in Shara’s mission.
• Fluency in the local language of the operating territory is mandatory.
