Prosper Talent Management is a fast-growing creator management agency focused on scaling operations and supporting the growth of creators and the internal team.

Prosper Talent Management is looking for someone to help run the operational and growth side of their agency. This is not a basic admin role. They are seeking someone who can identify problems, improve systems, and help scale operations as the agency grows. You will work closely with the founders to keep systems organised, refine workflows, and support the growth of creators and the internal team. The position is remote.

• Compensation: Retainer + Performance bonuses tied to agency growth, creator performance, and operational improvements. Hardworking operators can earn significantly above typical admin roles.

• Managing creator dashboards, tracking systems, and internal documents.
• Organising onboarding for new creators.
• Coordinating with chat teams and support staff.
• Helping source and vet new hires such as scouts and assistants.
• Identifying inefficiencies and improving operational systems.
• Supporting growth initiatives and creator scaling strategies.

• Highly organised and proactive.
• Strong problem solving and systems thinking.
• Comfortable working around creator platforms and online businesses.
• Able to take ownership rather than wait for instructions.
• Experience in creator management or social media growth is a strong advantage.

Compensation
This role includes strong performance-based compensation for the right person. They offer a retainer plus performance bonuses. The stronger the results you help generate, the stronger your compensation will be. They are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and take real ownership of operations.
