•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Development Studies, Economics, or related field
•Minimum of 10 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or development programs
•Strong understanding of food systems, agriculture, nutrition, or sustainable development
•Proven ability to build partnerships and mobilize funding
•Strong networks within development partners, donors, government, or agribusiness ecosystems
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
•Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
