We are seeking a Growth Partner to support strategic expansion, partnership development, and revenue growth. This role is focused on identifying opportunities, building strong partnerships, mobilizing resources, and expanding the organization’s footprint across food systems and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine commercial acumen with development-sector insight and a strong network across public and private sector stakeholders.

•Identify and develop growth opportunities across food systems, agriculture, nutrition, and development programs
•Build and manage strategic partnerships with donors, governments, NGOs, and private sector actors
•Support fundraising, proposal development, and resource mobilization initiatives
•Expand market presence and strengthen the organization’s brand and partnerships
•Collaborate with technical teams to align partner needs with program solutions
•Represent the organization at industry forums, donor meetings, and stakeholder engagements
•Track opportunities, partnerships, and growth performance metrics

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Development Studies, Economics, or related field
•Minimum of 10 years’ experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or development programs
•Strong understanding of food systems, agriculture, nutrition, or sustainable development
•Proven ability to build partnerships and mobilize funding
•Strong networks within development partners, donors, government, or agribusiness ecosystems
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
•Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
