Through the OND Internship Programme, GTBank provides eligible polytechnic graduates with an opportunity to gain practical workplace experience and develop foundational skills within the banking industry.

• Support the day-to-day activities of the Transaction Services Division.
• Receive on-the-job training in banking operations.
• Develop professional communication and numerical skills.

• OND Certificate or Notification of Results.
• A one-year Industrial Training letter from an accredited polytechnic.
• Valid Student ID Card.
• Recent passport photograph with a white background.
• Birth certificate issued by the National Population Commission.
• Senior School Certificate Examination result from WAEC or NECO with at least a credit pass in English Language, Mathematics and any other three relevant subjects.
• Good communication skills, basic numerical skills and a willingness to learn.
• Completed guarantor forms and a copy of the guarantor's staff identification card.
