- Exceptional customer service skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems (Opera experience is desirable)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous hotel front office reception experience is beneficial but not essential
- A friendly and positive can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills
