The Guest Service Executive will deliver a premium, personalized, and seamless guest experience throughout the Cube journey by serving as the primary point of contact from pre-arrival to departure. • Welcome and attend to guests professionally with a warm, personalized approach.
• Coordinate bookings, verify details, and ensure special requests are fulfilled accurately.
• Supervise host/hostess pre-arrival checks for cinema, amenities, food, and beverages.
• Brief guests on the Cube experience, facilities, and available services.
• Monitor guest experiences discreetly and proactively address needs and requests.
• Handle enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally with timely resolution.
• Provide personalized service to VIPs, celebrities, and corporate clients with confidentiality.
• Promote approved packages, upgrades, add-ons, and merchandise to drive revenue.
• Build positive relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with Operations, F&B, Cinema, Housekeeping, Security, Marketing, and Finance teams.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, feedback, complaints, and service recovery actions.
• Adhere strictly to service standards, SOPs, health/safety requirements, and grooming policies.

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc./B.A./B.Tech.) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in guest services, hospitality, luxury retail, premium entertainment, hotel operations, aviation, or related customer-facing roles.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or premium customer experience environments is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and conflict-resolution abilities.
• High attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales, upselling, and relationship management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and good computer literacy.
• Professional appearance, excellent grooming, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and peak release periods.
