Our client, a leading retail organization, is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources – Retail Business and Junior HRBP to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria.

To be able to effectively discharge the duties of a human resource manager in a retail business setting. 

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2. HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) – mandatory
3. Experience in retail or FMCG, Downstream oil and gas is highly preferred 
4. Proven expertise in managing large, dispersed teams and HR operations in high-volume environments
5. Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and employee relations
