As the head of our finance team, you will provide critical financial leadership, ensuring fiscal integrity and driving business decisions. You will develop and implement financial strategies, manage key financial processes, and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational growth and profitability.

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Drive long-term financial strategies to enhance business growth and profitability.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Oversee financial statements, budgets, and forecasts; provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and ensure performance is aligned with company targets.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to safeguard the organization.
- Capital & Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and investments; maintain strong relationships with financial institutions.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards and manage audits.
- Team Leadership: Develop and mentor the finance team to maximize performance.
- Strategic Decision Support: Provide financial analysis for key business decisions and expansions.
- Cost & Profitability Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of production costs, sales, and profitability.
- Sales Channels Analysis: Identify opportunities for profitability improvement across sales channels.

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master’s degree (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CPA, CFA) preferred.
- 8-12 years of experience in finance, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial regulations, and risk management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
