Our client in the oil and gas services ecosystem is seeking a high-impact Head of Business, Marine Services to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across marine logistics and offshore support operations.

• Provide overall leadership and full P&L ownership for the Marine Services business.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic business development with IOCs, NOCs, independents, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Oversee marine operations including vessel deployment, scheduling, utilization, crewing coordination, maintenance planning, and service quality.
• Ensure full compliance with marine and safety requirements, including NIMASA, NPA, and client HSE standards.
• Lead contract lifecycle activities: tendering, pricing, negotiation, mobilization, service delivery, and performance reporting.
• Build and lead a high-performing team; set clear KPIs and strengthen governance and controls.
• Improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and deliver superior client experience.

• Strong leadership experience in marine services/offshore logistics within Nigeria’s oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of winning and managing contracts and delivering growth and profitability.
• Solid knowledge of vessel operations, marine compliance, chartering/commercial models, and HSE systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and people leadership skills.
• Relevant degree (Marine/Engineering/Business or related); professional certifications are an advantage.
