We’re currently looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale our e-commerce operations.

You’ll lead e-commerce strategy, digital sales channels, customer experience, and platform performance—driving revenue growth and operational excellence across client and internal platforms.

• Own and execute end-to-end e-commerce strategy
• Drive revenue growth, CRO, A/B testing, and user journey optimization
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and content
• Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform performance
• Collaborate with marketing, product, logistics, and finance teams
• Manage marketplace, payment, logistics, and tech partners
• Lead and mentor high-performing e-commerce teams
   

• 5–8 years experience in e-commerce or digital sales
• Strong knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
• Experience with analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, CRM
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
