This role is for a senior FP&A leader who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and executive decision-making.

At ipNX, we’re building one of Africa’s sharpest finance functions and we’re looking for a strategic business partner who can turn data into decisions that drive profitable growth across a fast-scaling fibre and telecom business.

Reports directly to the CFO

• Budgets, forecasts, long-range plans & scenario modelling
• Executive performance insights and profitability analysis
• Cost optimisation, capital allocation & pricing support
• FP&A automation, BI dashboards & ERP-enabled insights
• Leadership of a high-performing FP&A team

• An ICAN / ACA / ACCA + strong finance foundation
• 8–10+ years in FP&A, strategic or corporate finance
• Background in Banking, Big 4 TS, Investment, or Telecom/Tech
• Advanced financial modelling, ERP & BI expertise
• Strong executive communication and influencing skills
