The Client organization is a Renewable Energy that deploy high-end Solar and AI-powered energy systems (Sigenergy) for Nigeria’s most demanding clients. With strong inventory, proven engineering capacity, and an active sales pipeline, we are positioned to exceed ₦2B in revenue this year.

To support this growth, we are appointing a Head of Operations to build and lead the internal systems that keep the business running at peak efficiency.
This is a senior leadership role, not administrative support.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own internal execution across people, process, and logistics. While revenue is driven externally, your mandate is to ensure structure, discipline, and consistency internally across all branches (Lagos (HQ), Abuja, and Port Harcourt).

▪️A seasoned operations leader with strong systems and process orientation
▪️Confident managing engineers, sales teams, and logistics staff Mature, decisive, and comfortable enforcing standards
▪️Tech-savvy (CRM, ERP, project management tools)
▪️A clear depth of professional experience in similar role
▪️A minimum of 6-7 years of experience un operations management, preferable in the renewable energy, power or  infrastructure sector.
