• Lead and optimize outsourcing operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, HR administration, compliance, and performance management.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and high satisfaction levels.
• Provide leadership to HR officers, payroll staff, recruiters, and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and internal policies.
• Support business development by contributing to proposals and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Manage outsourcing financials—budgets, invoicing, and performance reports.
 

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years’ experience in outsourcing/HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in a consulting or outsourcing environment is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and service-level management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in HR and payroll systems.
