The Head of People & Culture will be responsible for building, nurturing, and sustaining the business people strategy and workplace culture as the brand scales. This role blends HR leadership with cultural stewardship, ensuring that the business attracts creative talent, supports high performance, and reflects the brand’s values, identity, and streetwear ethos.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in fashion, retail, creative, or fast-growing consumer brands is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to build culture in a creative or entrepreneurial environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
