• Minimum of years proven sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably within the beverage or juice segment.
• Minimum Of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, fast- moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a national or regional sales team.
• Excellent knowledge of distributor and retail channel management, including modern trade and open markets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activity in the beverage industry.
• Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and sales forecasting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite.
