Location: Lagos Island

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head Operations to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be a result driven leader who can streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and support our rapid growth in the tech and accounting sectors.

• Oversee company operations, including administration, customer success, technical support, and implementation teams.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance user experience and operational excellence.
• Manage clients relationships and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in Tech, SaaS, or at a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
• Proven experience in scaling operations and driving business efficiency.
