We're looking for an Accountant who is more than just a "calculator with legs." We need a detail-obsessed, spreadsheet-loving pro to keep our financial engine humming across our entire portfolio of companies.

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

• Manage the full accounting journey for REDtech and our portfolio companies
• Turn raw data into accurate monthly management accounts and reports
• Handle payroll and ensure full compliance with VAT, PAYE, and statutory obligations
• Keep the bank, ledger, and intercompany accounts perfectly in sync
• Monitor budgets and figure out why we spent extra on coffee last month (variance analysis)
• Keep our software tool like Zoho Books or equivalent running like a well-oiled machine

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience/certifications (we value what you know, not just the paper)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience (experience managing accounts for multiple companies at once is an advantage)
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or equivalent accounting software
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and Advanced Formulas)
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently without supervision
