- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hostel or residential facility management
- Proven experience managing residential facilities and supervising teams
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Good conflict resolution and stakeholder management ability
- High level of emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies
- Must be willing to reside within the hostel
- Preferred industry experience: student accommodation/hostel management, universities or boarding schools, residential property or facility management, hospitality (hostels, serviced apartments)
