As a Hostel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining excellent guest relations, and upholding the high standards our hostels are known for. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, people-oriented, and willing to travel and reside on-site at the hostel (accommodation provided).

1. Overseeing hostel operations and staff
2. Managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest experience
3. Ensuring facility cleanliness, maintenance, and safety
4. Handling bookings, reports, and basic administrative tasks
5. Coordinating with our central management team
6. Creating a welcoming and community-driven atmosphere

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
2. Organizational and leadership ability
3. Willingness to travel and live on-site
4. Prior hospitality or property management experience is a plus
5. Travelling is required.
