- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree or professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Experience in an education, tech, or service-based organization is preferred.
