Job Description

A reputable paints manufacturing company based in Ojodu Berger is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Officer with 1–3 years of experience to support daily HR and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Support recruitment processes (shortlisting, interviews coordination, onboarding)
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Assist with payroll preparation and leave management
  • Handle staff inquiries and support employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations
  • Support performance management and disciplinary processes

Administration:

  • Oversee general office administration and supplies
  • Manage facility coordination and vendor relationships
  • Prepare internal reports and correspondence
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
  • Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Required Skills

  • 1–3 years' experience in HR/Admin or similar role
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and basic labour law
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must reside around Ojodu Berger or nearby areas
