Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support daily HR operations, maintain accurate employee records, and contribute to recruitment, engagement, and compliance.

  • Job Location: Surulere, Lagos
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: ₦150,000 (net) monthly
  • Experience Required: 1–3 years HR experience (retail experience is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Assist onboarding and documentation for new hires.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports and assist with payroll processing.

Compliance

  • Ensure policies are updated and communicated.
  • Track attendance, leave, and HR metrics.

Employee Support

  • Handle HR inquiries and support engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with employee relations matters.

Required Skills

  • BSc/HND in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years HR experience (retail experience is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
