The HR Administrator will maintain employee records, prepare HR documentation, coordinate onboarding and recruitment activities, and provide administrative support to the Group Manager, People & Caring Culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation activities.
  • Support recruitment by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
  • Manage employee attendance records, leave administration, and HR documentation for payroll processing.
  • Update and maintain HR databases and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Assist with statutory documentation and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and internal HR policies.
  • Draft HR communications, internal memos, and employee notices.
  • Respond to employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and administrative processes.
  • Coordinate staff engagement activities, meetings, and departmental events.
  • Maintain inventory of HR materials, employee files, and departmental resources.
  • Provide administrative support to the Group Manager, People & Caring Culture, and undertake other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Open to exceptional fresh graduates, NYSC members nearing completion, post-NYSC candidates, or applicants with up to one (1) year of relevant HR or administrative experience.
  • Previous internship or experience within the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
