The HR Agent Assistant will support candidate placement activities and recruitment coordination, match suitable candidates with job opportunities, communicate with candidates, send outreach messages via LinkedIn, track applications, assist with interview scheduling, and maintain candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support candidate placement activities and recruitment coordination.
  • Match suitable candidates with available job opportunities.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding job openings and interview updates.
  • Send scouting and outreach messages through platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Track candidate applications, responses, and placement progress accurately.
  • Assist with interview scheduling and follow-up communication.
  • Maintain organized candidate records and recruitment documentation.
  • Support the HR team to ensure a smooth placement process.

Required Skills

  • Basic PC and internet skills.
  • Must have completed NYSC.
  • Engineering background is required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and online job platforms.
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Availability for weekly Wednesday morning meetings.
  • Ability to work full-time is preferred.
  • Previous HR, recruitment, or administrative experience is not required but preferred.
  • Interest in Japan and international career opportunities is preferred.
