Clearview Hospital and Fertility is recruiting to fill the position of HR and Admin Assistant / Intern. This role is ideal for fresh graduates, NYSC members, or candidates seeking HR internship experience. 

• Human Resources Support: Assist in maintaining employee records, support the recruitment process (scheduling interviews, candidate communication), assist with onboarding, update staff databases and leave trackers, assist with training coordination, and support HR reports and performance management records.
• Administrative Support: Provide general office administrative support, assist with filing and record organization, support the preparation of letters and memos, assist in coordinating meetings and staff activities, help manage office supplies inventory, and support compliance documentation.

• OND / HND / B.Sc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 0-1 year experience.
• Fresh graduates, NYSC members, or candidates seeking HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
